1. What does Yamaha “Elite” dealer mean?

To be among the Elite is to be among the best of the best. Through the Elite Dealer Program, Yamaha recognizes those dealers who are committed to going above and beyond for their customers to make sure they have the best experience possible.

 

The Elite Dealer program builds on the foundation of the former Five Star program in making sure your customer experience is one that can’t be beat, from the moment you walk into the showroom to when you pick up your keys to your new Yamaha.


In order to qualify for Elite status, Yamaha dealers must apply for and undergo a thorough evaluation process to ensure that they exceed the national average in a variety of areas including:

  • Clean, professional showrooms
  • Excellent customer service
  • Knowledgeable technicians
  • Customer satisfaction

Only a select number of dealers from all over Canada have achieved the prestigious Elite Dealer status. In order to retain their status, dealers must apply and successfully meet the requirements every year, as determined by Yamaha Motor Canada. Criteria is updated and adjusted accordingly to reflect current market conditions.


2. Is the marina located on the Trent Severn Waterway?

Yes, the marina is located on Cameron Lake. Cameron Lake is between Sturgeon Lake and Balsam Lake. The marina is above Lock 34.


3. What marina services do you have?

We have seasonal slips but we do not offer transient slips. There is boat parking for patrons of the on-site restaurant. We do not sell gas on the water.


4. Can I finance my purchase?

We offer financing with Yamaha Financial Services or Dealerplan. Financing is available on new, non-current and pre-owned units. We will work with you to find the best financing possible.


5. Can I try my purchase before I complete my purchase?

Yes, all customers are given the opportunity to water test their unit. The unit is not considered sold until the customer is 100% satisfied with their potential purchase after a water test. Call for details


6. Do you service all brands?

Yes, we service all brands of boats, PWCs, outboards and snowmobiles.


7. Are your technicians factory trained?

Yes, our technicians are factory trained, certified marine and small engine technicians. Our technicians complete on-going training to ensure we are able to provide top notch service.


8. What do I need to rent a boat or PWC?

•    A Pleasure Craft Boater’s Card (which can be obtained online at Boatsmart.com)
•    A valid driver’s licence
•    A credit card to place a $1000 damage deposit.


9.  What brands of parts and accessories do you sell?

We carry a full line of Yamaha, Mercury, Volvo, BRP and Evinrude parts and maintenance products. We are a dealer for Land n Sea, Hutchings, CC Marine, Kimpex and Gamma. If we don’t have what you are looking for we will do our best to order it in for you.


10. Will you price match your competitors?
